The Church is the engine of God's work in the community and the world, and we are the gears that help it to function. Get into gear by serving in a ministry role. Riverside has several groups of volunteers that work on a rotating schedule helping to fulfill the needs on Sunday mornings. These groups are crucial, without them we simply would not be able to function. They are an excellent opportunity to invest some of your time in a very practical demonstration of serving the church and one another. If you would like any more information on any of these serving opportunities, please contact [email protected]
We offer Sunday morning children's programs for ages 0-2, 2-3, 4-5, and 6-12. If you have a particular heart for children, we encourage you to contact us to learn more and get involved!
The parking lot volunteers facilitate the Sunday morning traffic and parking flow. We could always use a few additional men and women to bear the mostly sunny days and the occasional rainy day!
This is a crucial ministry that makes certain that everyone who walks in our doors knows that they are welcome and we are excited to have them at Riverside. This ministry requires a willingness to smile, greet others, and recognize opportunities to help people connect at our Sunday morning services.
If you have ever walked into Riverside craving a donut, bagel, or cup of coffee you know the importance of the Riverside Cafe. We love to serve our guests and regular attenders with this ministry.
The audio & video team plays a crucial role in creating the worship experience, from the worship music sound, to the video screen projection, to the video recording of the service. If you have an interest in this area, we encourage you to connect with us!

The hospitality ministry does not have regular Sunday morning duties. Rather, they seek to serve members of our church community who are in need of assistance from our church body. They provide meals for families with newborn babies or for people who are ill.
