Summer Sermon Series in the Book of Exodus
There have been a lot of Bible movies and television features coming out lately. This coming December, Hollywood is rolling out it's next film on the book of Exodus. These movies are fun and it is great that Hollywood is turning their attention to the pages of scripture, but chances are they won't reveal the true meaning of Exodus - Gods march towards redeeming us once and for all through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Jesus said, "For if you believed Moses, you would believe me, for he wrote of me. But if you do not believe his writings, how will you believe my words?" (John 5:46-47)
What did Jesus mean when he said this? We're going to find out this summer! Beginning this Sunday, from July 6th to September 7th, we will be preaching through select passages in the book of Exodus that reveal Jesus and string along Gods redemptive plan for us. Jesus is everywhere in the Old Testament and we pray that when we get to the other side of this sermon series, you will know that Jesus is who he says he is.
Join us on Sundays at 10am at Riverside Community Church at 239 Columbia Avenue, Horsham, PA 19044. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 215-441-0404.
