What is the Riverside plan to make disciples? 

How do we assimilate new people, present the gospel, place in ministry and service, and develop them into fully mature followers of Christ?

"Synergy" is our ongoing leadership development tool to complete the Great Commission in our context.

We have adopted a model developed by E3 Partners called "First Steps: Mobilize Your Church into God's Harvest Fields."  This manual is based on Jesus' commands and the apostle Paul's application of those commands found in the New Testament.  (www.e3partners.org)
