Splash! Children's Ministry
A description of the Children's Ministry opportunities at Riverside Community Church.
While the adults are in the main service on Sunday mornings our SPLASH teachers provide a fun and exciting time of lessons and activities for kids from K-6th Grade. Our SPLASH year runs from September through June. In July and August we invite all of the children age 4 and up to join us in the main service for family worship. In SPLASH we use "Children Desiring God" materials which teach our children how all of the Bible points to the need for and the coming of Jesus as our savior. This semester (September 2012 - June 2013), the curriculum will be "How Majestic is Your Name" - a childrens study revolving around Gods many names and their significance relative to how they represent different aspects of His character!
