A Brief Description of What to Expect When You Visit...

Our Sunday morning sanctuary and accompanying childrens ministries take place at the Regal 22 Cinema in Warrington, Pennsylvania. Throughout the passage of time, it has become an assumption that a church is a building. With that assumption, we have come to visualize a church to look a certain way. Biblically speaking, a church is not a denomination or a building, rather the church is Christs people and the sum total of it's ministries. Wherever a group of believers unite to worship, minister, and share the gospel, that is a church. God can use anyone and any place to further his Kingdom! 

Casual Dress

There is no dress code at Riverside.  We want you to feel comfortable to come as you are and to be yourself. 

Welcoming...not Embarassing

You can also visit knowing that no one will make you stand up and introduce yourself or do anything else that is socially uncomfortable. Many of the people who come to Riverside are seeking spiritually and have found that the Bible is answering many of their most challenging questions. We get many new visitors every week...so you won't stick out.  We want to make you feel welcome and make ourselves available for any questions you have...but you won't be singled out in any way.

Guitars, Drums, Bass, Voices

Music is an important way for us to praise God in a unifying way.  With one voice we proclaim who God is and we express our love for Him and our gratitude to Him.  We choose songs that have strong, Biblically accurate lyrics.  We play in a style that is designed to engage, encourage and inspire the church.  We use a blend of modern anthems and timeless hymns with the specific intention of invitng the church to worship God.  Our band typically includes a mixture of voices, guitars, bass, drums and keyboards.

Practical, Biblical Teaching

Every message is designed to address real everyday issues we all face: things like stress, debt, relationships, and purpose by investigating what the Bible has to say about them.  Typically our pastors preach verse by verse through entire passages of scripture over the course of several weeks, allowing the Bible to dictate the direction and content of the message.

Service Length

Our services last about an hour. We realize that Sunday is a special day of the week set aside for family. Our services are intended to encourage and challenge you.

Coffee, Juice, Donuts, Bagels, Muffins, Fruit...All Free

Friendships are made and Community happens around the Riverside Cafe.  We serve a great cup of coffee and lots of bagels, donuts, muffins, fruit and juice for everyone to enjoy. You don't have to wake up extra early to make breakfast before church...we provide it for you! You can even take them into the theater!

Fun Activities for Your Kids in our SPLASH classes

Our SPLASH programs are designed to entertain your children while teaching them about God in a lesson suited to their age level.  Our SPLASH team is staffed by caring volunteers who have gone through a background screening and who are passionate about teaching young people about God.
