For Philadelphia, we have a process which includes selection, development, and sending. This begins by taking a Discovery Tools proflie, a pre-assessment test, then a formal assessment with qualified assessors on the field.  You can begin by going to www.pennjerseycp.com

Following Discovery is a Pre-assessment phase which includes a phone interview and personnel forms which prepares for the formal assessment.

A formal assessment will be held on site by experienced planters.  Once an assessmentgreen-circle-400 is concluded there will be an evaluation and to proceed further a placement in a Multiplying Church Center.

Within the Center a planter will enter the Development Phase. This includes a Basic Training and teaming with a mentor/ coach.  Your coach walks you through a planning strategy and prepares you for the launch of the church.
